Why pre-order?
There are three cases of pre-order products.

Everyone wants to be the first to get their hands on the new gadget. Unfortunately the first batch of stocks can't meet the overwhelming demand. We advice customer to reserve
units and we will ship to you as soon as shipment arrives. First come,
first served. Be the first to own it.

When a product sells so well,
chances are every time stocks arrive, they are sold off within the same
day. Truly, demand is overwhelming. We advice customer to reserve units
and we will ship to you as soon as shipment arrives.
It's not everyone's cup of tea
Photography products range is extremely wide. Some products sell less than 10 units per year in whole of
Malaysia. It is therefore impossible even for distributor to
stock up them. Some are manufactured by request.
In such cases we will help you to order directly from principle factory.
How much should I pay for pre-order products?
Full payment are required for all pre-order. Order will be cancel if full payment not made within 2 hours after placing order.
How long is the delivery time for pre-order products?
Pre-order items are imported goods and shipment from overseas could take
up to 1-2 weeks or longer depending on distributors and manufacturers stocks availability. Hence, there's no estimated time of arrival.
Can I request a refund if I decided to not to wait for my pre-order?
Yes, you can always request a full refund if you decided not to wait. Just contact us for a full refund.
