Malaysia and Singapore Shipping
We ship to virtually any address in Malaysia and Singapore with CITY-LINK express courier. All express couriers cannot ship to P.O. BOX and jail. For high security premises such as military base, special government building, please check with your security/admin for more information prior making orders.
Shipping Charges
We offer free delivery for purchase RM100 and above within Malaysia. For purchase below RM100 and other destination shipment, the system will automatic calculate shipping charges at checkout.
Shipping Insurance
All parcels are being insured. Customers do not
need to make any special request on shipping insurance. Yamiya take
full responsibility for any damage or lost during delivery within 10 business days¹ from ship out date².

Delivery Time (Domestic)
In stock items are shipped within 2 business days¹ or faster. Shipping to rural areas will take another day extra.
Pre-order items are imported goods and shipment from overseas could take up to one month depending on manufacturer stocks availability. Please click here for more information on pre-order items.
For order with items of different delivery time, the longest delivery time is subjected. For international shipping please refer below.
International Shipping For international shipping, we use POS Malaysia Air Parcel. Estimated shipping charges is displayed in product page. Camera, lens, flash, and battery grip are not available to ship outside Malaysia. Total shipping charges are automatically
calculated at checkout. The recipient of an international shipment may
be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment
reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be
borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and
cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from
country to country; you should contact your local customs office for
further information. We are not responsible for any of these charges.

We DO NOT ship to the following countries.
Asia - Afghanistan, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Pakistan, Philippines, Russia, Syria, Yemen.
Oceania - All Oceania countries except Australia, Fiji, New Zealand, Solomon Islands.
All countries in Africa and Central America.
