Malaysia and Singapore Shipping
We ship to virtually any address in Malaysia and Singapore, except PO BOX using CITY-LINK express courier.
International Shipping For overseas shipment, we ship using POS Malaysia Air Parcel. You can determine the shipping rate using shipping calculator in each product detail page. Total shipping charges are automatically
calculated at checkout. The recipient of an international shipment may
be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment
reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be
borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and
cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from
country to country; you should contact your local customs office for
further information. We are not responsible for any of these charges.
Yamiya take no responsibility in any damage or lost for overseas
shipment besides Singapore.
For overseas shipment, delivery time takes Transit Time + Delivery Time as stated under product detail page (see figure).

Calculating Cost
We offer FREE domestic (Malaysia) delivery, for purchase RM100 and above. For purchase below RM100 and other destination shipment, the system will automatic calculate shipping charges according to the deliver address at checkout. For orders package weight less than 10kg and within Malaysia and Singapore we ship use CITY-LINK. Above 10kg we ship using conventional courier service.
Shipping rates are weight-based. To reflect the policies of courier service, all weights are rounded up to the next 0.5kg and volumetric weight is used for large items. Package weight is listed under product details page. Delivery Time
Most of our products are ready stock and ship next business day¹ within Malaysia and Singapore, provided orders and payment is made and cleared before 12pm daily (business day¹). Shipping to rural areas such as inland jungle or remote island will require extra 1-2 business days. Deliver time is stated under each product detail page as shown in below example. For orders with items of different delivery time, the longest delivery time is subjected.
For overseas shipment, delivery time will takes Transit Time + Delivery Time stated under product detail page (see figure).
Shipping Insurance
All parcels shipped out are being insured. Customers DO NOT need to make any special request on shipping insurance. Yamiya takes full responsibility for any damage or lost during delivery.
Shipment Tracking
Once the parcel is shipped out, an email subject title: "Yamiya: Your order #xxx is shipped out" with CITY-LINK tracking link sent to you. If you do not receive this email after the stated delivery time, please contact us. Our staff will help you resolve this issue.
Help! Where's My Stuff?
Due to large quantity of orders per day, it is impossible for us to keep track on each parcel status. If the parcel did not arrive after the expected arrival time², please call CITY-LINK customer service at +603-5033 3800 and provide the consignment number for assistants. You may also call your nearest CITY-LINK branch to enquire your parcel.

²Expected arrival time will be stated in "Yamiya: Your order #xxx is shipped out" notification email.
