Customers purchase and receipt of products from Yamiya eStore Trading (Yamiya) implies that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions posted here and in our website.
- Yamiya's warranty policy is in accordance with the terms and conditions of its respective suppliers.
- Original receipt¹ is required for any and all warranty and return issues.
- Products with a manufacturer's defect are entitled to a ONE-TO-ONE exchange (subject to availability of stock) if:
a) The product has an actual manufacturer's defect.
b) The packaging and all its original content (including any software and manuals) is complete, in good and resellable condition.
c) The product is accompanied with the original receipt, within seven (7) days of the delivered date².
- Customer who wish to exchange product in favor of other models/brands are allowed to do so within seven (7) days of the delivered date. A RESTOCKING FEE of 5% (Penisula), 10% (Sabah/Sarawak/Singapore) of the purchase price or a minimum of RM5, plus shipping cost may be levied on 'Store Approved' product exchanges, meeting all conditions in ITEM (3) above, with the exception of those products with the proven manufacturers' defects or incorrect ordered product shipment.
- Customers must pay all shipping costs and any additional charges and take full responsibility of the product damage or lost during return shipment.
- Full refund will be given within thirty (30) days of the delivered date if the exchange product is out of stock.
- The Management reserves the right to refuse any exchange of merchandise in line with existing store policies.
- Yamiya is not responsible for any damage to customer's equipments due to misuse or manufacturer's defect of product purchased from Yamiya. All complains and lawsuits shall be directly to manufacturer.
- Clause 1-8 applies to shipping address within Malaysia and Singapore only. Yamiya is not responsible for any lost or damage for international shipment (excluding Singapore). No exchange or refund is given to international shipment (excluding Singapore).
- All refunds are thru online transfer only. Yamiya will not issue any cheque refund to prevent fraudulent.

¹In support of the environment, Yamiya eStore does not issue print receipt. For any and all warranty and return issues, please print out the invoice with "Order Status: Complete" and include it in return shipment. The invoice can be obtained by login to your account, under Orders History.
